Malkia Wellness required a scalable communication platform to automate maternal health messaging throughout pregnancy and the postpartum journey. We partnered with the organization to design and develop Malkia Sender, a centralized messaging platform that delivers personalized WhatsApp and SMS campaigns while simplifying communication between healthcare teams and enrolled mothers. The solution combines automated scheduling, two-way messaging, media management, and multi-channel delivery into a secure, easy-to-manage platform.
